"As a Muslim foodie in NYC, French cuisine was always off-limits. Finding L’Aube was a dream come true. The Croque Madame made with smoked turkey was spectacular, and the atmosphere feels like a true Parisian holiday."
Haute Cuisine in the Heart of New York
A timeless celebration of classical French gastronomy and modern elegance

Where Parisian Heritage Meets New York Vitality
L’Aube (meaning The Dawn) was born from a simple, personal frustration shared by its founders. Growing up in New York, they loved the city’s rich culinary landscape but found themselves locked out of classic French cuisine. Traditional French cooking is built on a foundation of pork fats, lardon garnishes, and heavy wine reductions. For diners adhering to Halal principles, a seat at the French bistro table was non-existent.
What our dinners say
"I took my corporate team here for lunch. Half the table eats Halal and the other half doesn’t—everyone was absolutely blown away. The Beef Bourguignon is so rich you would never know it was made without actual wine. A masterclass in cooking."
